Is there anything I should know or take care of when clocking a garrett t3 super 60 compressor and exhaust side. I never did this before.

nope, nothing really, just loosen all bolts in a pattern, and tighten them the same way, with a torque wrench if you have.

Make sure not to lose the o ring around the compressor, the oil drain is facing down, your lines clearing the wastegate actuator (if you have one)
