OK im running 7 psi on a 50 trim....stock clutch is @!#$tin on me....Lookin into a stage 2 exedy clutch....anyone running an exedy clutch...any input appreciated

exedy makes good stuff but i would go with the tryed and true stage 3 spec all the way.
ive heard too many horror storys on the spec clutches.....so im gonna go with exedy....seems like a good clutch....i have an exedy oem replacement in myne right now and its lasted longer than i thought under boost....now shes beginning to grind alittle....so im guessing noone here has an exedy.....which means ill be the first...well ill let u ko how she holds up.....
now next question.....lightweight flywheel ....worth it?....

the grind isnt the clutch. if ur clutch was going out then the rpms would go up and ur speed not go up. sounds like ur syncros might be going out. is it in all gears?

no its just when it first takes off or when i come to a stop....it just grinds for like 2 secs...

i also noticed today that its a little delayed grabbing in just about every gear. at first i thought maybe the flywheel...but im not sure

I have an Exedy Stage 1 ...i love it .....no problems here....my next clutch will be a exedy stg 2....probably next year though
yea i think mines a stage 1.....i looked it up and they dont make an oem...so yea....i turned her up to 7psi and she began to slip...but im getting a huge discount through my buddy on a stage 2 so ima work on gettin that in
