how hard is it for me to turbo my 94 2.0ohc sunbird
Easy and hard. Turbo exhaust manifold and factory size T25 manifold bolt right on. Use 94 intake, switch to Sunbird or similar flow injectors, switch to 2 BAR MAP sensor, add wastegate control solenoid for factory boost control. Remove DIS and factory ECM, replace with distributor and ecm from turbo Sunbird. Be warned that this is not plug and play and that the 93 wiring harness will not plug into the turbo bird ecm or distributor. There are enough differences between the turbo harness and the 94 harness that you will end up doing wiring work no matter which harness you choose to use and you will probably end up opening up the harness to add wires. Oh, and you'll also want to upgrade the fuel pump.

will it be fast? or not worth the time/money
If done correctly it will be much faster than stock. But you can probably find an old V8 car and make it faster for the same money. For the work involved, I'd probably recommend looking for a factory turbo car with a blown engine, then build another engine.
