2.0L Ecotec Turbo

What you guys think of this? how well would it work with the 2.2L Ecotec? Worth it?[

Yah i was looking at that one as well..from what ive read it looks to be a twin scroll turbo tho and im not sure how you would control that...or how it is controlled..also it puts out great numbers on the sky and such but its at 20 psi..which again might be a little high...im opting for the saab setup...

I haven't checked but I'm guessing there are at least TWO posts on the SAME PAGE about the EXACT same thing. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Twin scroll just means that two sets of cylinders are paired together (like the 4-2 part of a 4-2-1 header) and that there's two seperate paths flowing into the turbo. It's supposed to help smooth the delivery of the exhaust pulses and improve spool up. There's nothing to control.

Technically this should bolt on. I forget where, but I read somwhere that the manifolds are all direct bolt ons between any of the Eco engines.

Yes they are all the same..and my mistake...i was thinking of something else...go for it dude..although id be a little worried about how high the psi is..phil

no the ko4's are a bit smaller than these turbos i beleive...i have the ko4 in my audi
