Okay this has probably been answered a thousand times but what all do i need to run the 2.6 pulley on the m62 eco setup? and as far as the heat exchanger im kind of a dumbass to the fact of how to run it and what i will need to run it i know i need the cobra heat exchanger and some plumbing but as to what size im clueless and as far as knowing how to do it im clueless
any help would be appreciated thaNKS

relay and pump from www.zzperformance.com
you can get from there pulley from them too

remeber the stock motor starts get strained at 250 the rods are the weak point
also your going to give that thing more fuel with bigger injectors and fuell pressure regulator
as far as i know you going to wire the pump to draw current from the battary and be switched on by
ignition.
also your going to need a catch can for the coolant

..the the rods can be weak at any power levels depends on your tune. and if you want to run a 2.6 pulley build your motor.

if i was to run the snow performance methanol injection system woudl i even need an intercooler? Would i be able to tell a difference in power at all and how often would i have to fill it up

Meth injection boost Octane up to around 107 octane On some applications. and for a 2.6 pulley You need to run an intercooler. Go take a look over at cobaltss.net and check it out, it will answer alot of questions for you.

I would run the intercooler also. For when the alky is not being injected. I believe that's when the iat's get the hottest.

can some body tell if this is right
Pump gets bolted in
heat exchanger get bolted in
ground gets bolted down
relay for pump How does that wired?
where would catch can go?
