why not buy it? seriously, if you're too cheap to put out $50 for your car, you need a different hobby.

Feel free to remember that. If it was a free program I wouldn't have any problems sending it to anyone, but it's wrong, AND against forum rules, to ask for pirated software.

all im saying is he's offering $20 to someone who had nothing to do with the production, marketing, or distrobution of a program that costs $50. wait another week, and get it legitimately. support the people who support your platform, or else no one will support your platform. there's no REAL reason, if he seriously NEEDS this, to not spend the money. hell, a decent tune up and oil change costs $80 in parts and fluids.

i see what your saying, but it also isnt a stand alone computer program. its a support tool that comes with the controller . he obviously bought it used, and the original purchaser had already paid for the software, so i dont feel that theres anything wrong with getting a copy of the software. if this thing CAN function without the program, and the software is just additional, then i will have to agree with you Rich.

I don't have a problem sending you my file for my tune, but I am not going to pirate the software to you. They are a small company and they deserve to be paid for the R&D they have in the setup.

At this point you aren't asking for help, you are asking for someone to steal for you.

you probably wont. seriously, if you offered someone here $20 for it, whats keeping you from sending the people that deserve the money... the money? i'll say it again, if its not worth $50 for your car to run right, you need a different hobby. we're not trying to give you @!#$ about this, hell, i'd love for someone to give me a free copy of hp tuners. know what? its not gonna happen. take responsibility, YOU lost the cd, YOU need to pay to replace it.

so i guess no one here shares music either.

Carbon.....i think you made it worse when you offered the $20. sounds like theres only one person here w/ the software and no matter what you say, hes not giving it to you. in reality youre only spending $30 more than you wanted to, so just buy it.

in the area that i live in currently....16 yr olds drive whatever their mommies will buy for them. this includes porche, cadillac, BMW, mercedes, mustangs, corvettes.....you name it.

your statement is dumb and makes no sense
give your friend $50 so he can go buy....what?....a civic? then he'll have more respect

makes perfect sense, civic haha funny guy, hes looking at more like a avalanche or jeep patriot so when you grow up and get a real job you dont drive up looking like your still in high school but your probably 30yo and spends his hard earned burger king check on his cavalier, and if people from where you live drive those cars you mentioned your doing something wrong
