well i bought the tb off here used. rsm 62 mm and the total cost of everything done rebuilt port and polished and the show polish including the tb and spacer. i also bought the charger used but it is brandnew now. and it came with pulley boys 2.6 on it quick change so all in all after said and done i paid 1900 dollars for a completely new sick modded small pulley supercharger i love it it is sitting next to my bed on the couch all around pillows the pictures do no justice though the camera sucked. not bad because if i bought new i was gonna do this anyway. lol so i made out

mm remember me and you talking about polishing the timing cover omg its a pain but i am determined to do it. and if it looks ok i am going for the alt to lol.

I take it you are polishing the timing cover by hand with sandpaper with the engine still assembled in the car. If so yeah it will take you a long time. You can have too much polished stuff. The more you polish the more the time in upkeep. I would consider powder coating you alt instead. Zyaaaa had his powdercoated gloss black with an aluminum pulley and trust me it is pure sex. Better yet PM him and ask for a pic.
I just noticed you said it is a 62mm tb. I would like to pick one up someday. Right now I have a 2.4 bored to 56mm

yeah i have the timing off the car and i used all the power tools i can with ssander and a dremel for all the cmall spots i am up to 220 sand paper right now. but i might take that up since my motor will be blue black and polished the black alt would look sick. yeah i got the tb off here for a good deal.

hahaha well i am gonna paint up the block and everything. i was just out in my garage sanding the timing cover for the last two hours lol. but i will def keep pics going with the engine assembly and port work on the head flowbench numbers. all the good times

well the head i got back with the block and everything it got the valve job and got seated for tyhe new oversized valves so the pand p will be next weekend since i am going away this weekend but i will keep it all posted
