Does anyone have pictures of a HAAS turbo install on a 2003 (or similar) Cavalier?
I am in process of re-installing a HAAS turbo kit on a 2003 Cavalier and am looking for pictures of the routing of the intercooler piping and intake piping at the turbo.
Previous owner had the turbo installed and removed everything to get a smog sticker in Las Vegas.
I am aware of some of the issues with the HAAS kit and I am not using the SDS EIC setup for added fuel. I'm using larger injectors and a Vortech FMU instead.
Thank You in advance!
Mark
i dont ever remember a haas kit lol

I believe that I have them close, but it is extremely tight with two elbows and the oil pressure line all together in the back. I was looking for a picture to make sure there was not some other way than what I have.
Thanks again,
Mark

and the air has to make a nice 180 in side the intercooler....
maybe thats why the eco's with the hahn kits have a hard time geting in to the 13's...........

I went 12.53 on that same exact setup ON THE STOCK MOTOR. If I had built the motor I probably coulda gone a lot lower.
The reason there aren't more 13 second cars with the kit is most people just want a little more power and aren't interested in fully building the motor and going all out. It's the same reason there's a ton of 13 second SRT4s and DSMs. They CAN go faster, they choose not to.
