lol ..really? it sounds pretty complicated to work with eh? not to user friendly? Tell ya the truth I never heard of www.xceedspeed.com but im gonna go there and check it out and see whats going on. I would like to try to get my car to run a little better with my 310cc's I have, I was planning to also upgrade to 440's in the near future dont think my car would idle with them to well with just a AFPR.
its not that it is that complicated per say, just that I have little tuning experience and without the guidance form someone who has the experience I dont like big changes.
Be forewarned about Xceed. You car may not be accepted my a lot of them. They do have a fair bit of knowledge, but seem to hate the J cars for the most part.
many have HPTuners at www.j-bom.com

ok, thanks guys for the info....Im gonna try and take look around both sites when I get a chance, (my PC has been acting up).
But let me get this right...I dont know anything about HPtuners...Only thing is I know its expensive. I dont know anything on how it works...what it what vehicles it works for...or anything. What I grasp from reading post's is that this program can reflash a Cars computer and actually change the parameters for fuel and such at RPMs etc; ? but the program (reflash) has to be built by the user some how? is that sorta close??

Basically you are correct.
HPTuners is a program and communication device that allows you to read whats in the PCM, make changes to the programming, and dump it back in.
The result: great/good/bad/ugly, is the gauge of the skill of the person using it. If they are unskilled, you are far better leaving it alone.
