thats wack!! whats the deal? anyone know?
Their whole performance research department was dissolved due to them eventually going belly up even after this next 5 billion they will be recieving.
Take that 5 billion and erase our College loans, that will stimulate the economy.

i know, if they gave that money to us i would go buy myself a brand new car for sure
that would help kickstart the economy
and it may not have been disco'd everytime there is a revision on the kit they change the part number
they did that with the 2.4 kit when they went from just being for the manual tranny to both manual and automatic
but what he ^^^^ is saying sounds like it could be what is happening now
the kit is still around, just with a different part number.
hey cody they aint dead yet !lol Well think about if you went on ebay right now you could probaly find every thing you need to bolt a blower to your car. Gms contract with eaton (the company that makes the charger) was over with.
Just find a totaled Cobalt SS/SC(LSJ engine) and take everything off it. Mine came off a SS/SC.

there are still kits out there at dealerships and in ebay warehouses, but the eaton plant here in western nebraska shut its doors. they made a good majority of s/c including the eaton m40 m62 and m90 and other compressors, they also manufactured fluid compression systems. im not sure if other plants are still producing them or not, i just know what happened at the plant here. i cant wait till there leftover property auction comes around. if i can i want to snag some s/c's if there are any at the auction.
well afterall... the j-body has been dead for nearly 5 years now. it was only a matter of time anyways.
I'm tired of wasting my time... now I'm breakin' free.
