ok... i have a 98 cavalier. i did the pre 00 m45 install on it last year.
mods:
bbp 4 to 1 header
magnaflow high flow cat
2.5 catback exhaust
cold air intake
stock s/c pulley
centerforce dual friction clutch
eagle h beam rods
cp forged pistons with lowerd ring lands
holly fpr 1:1 rising rate regulator
HO injectors
stock fuel pump
hp tuned
so i have a couple questions that i need answered.. i want to put a smaller pulley on it. with these suporting mods im seeing at WOT a constant 6 psi.. im not sure what pulley size to go with. im thinking a 2.6". will this be safe without methanol or alky injection if im not constantly on the gas pedal? and i have no idea what size injectors i should run.. i plan on upgrading to walbro 255 fuel pump which is probably a good idea. can some one help me get started on what pulley size i should go with without running to high of IAT and so i dont ruin my blower.. PLEASE HELP..
ok to run a 2.6 you will definatly want to run meth injection. it help tremendously i gained 11 whp just from tuning with meth injection. 2.6 and 2.5 are the max you will really want to run for a pulley size.you shouldn't really need to upgrade your pump for this set up.and i would suggest 440 injectors which you can send me a p.m about since i am selling them. if you arent going to run meth injection then i would suggest staying with a 2.8 pulley which i am also selling.

ok so i will go with meth injection... where is the best place to get a kit from? so with a 2.6" pulley and meth what do u think i will b running for boost? well just an estimate. lol. im not even sure hpw much hp it will b pushing. by the way i looked at ur cardomain and that m62 is nasty on it. i didnt even know they made a manifold for the ld9. o and 1 more thing wats a p.m because this is my first time ever posting any thing, im interested in those injectors. let me know about them
under my name click pm and send me a private message.... with the meth injection i would check out snowperformance.com or devilsown.com they are both really good kits.now i cant tell how much psi you will be seeing because every setup is different since the reading of boost is back pressue... like on my kit i had a ported blower and ported head so i only read 6psi on my gauge but i was flowing more. which makes more horsepower.. and for the manifold i willl be the second person with this ld9 style manifold for the m62.

I had the 2.6 and meth last summer, had around 7.5-8psi depending on the air.
