My car is tunes on 32lb injectors i am putting in 42lb injectors my biggest concern is i need to wire in pig tails will it drive about 15 miles to the dyno out of boost of course?
I drove my car to the dealer for the GM reflash with LSJ injectors installed. It ran really rich, but i didnt have a problem. It was about the same distance too.
Boost > N/A
180hp in 1989 or 260hp in 2008, you decide. Quad < Ecotec
you should be ok i drove on the gm flash wqith 42lb/hrs with no issues....just rich. just stay out of boost.
What's the fear of going into boost? Its not like anything would blow up. What's the worse that could happen? It goes so rich that you flood it and stall? Hydrolock on gasoline? Of course a rule of thumb I've always been told to follow is change your oil asap if your afr goes richer than 10:1 on standard petrol (ie not e85), gas gets in the oil and thins it out.

leafy, i just said stay out of boost so his plugs dont foul up requireing him to change them or pull them just to clean them up once he gets to where he is going
