i was wondering what size the gmpp supercharger kit injector size was and also can you put a smaller pully on with the gm reflash
thanks
they are 36 lb's, and with the proper MECHANICAL tuning, yes you can pulley down with the reflash.
3.1" pulley is accepted as safe on the GM crapflash. Any smaller you need to look into a custom tune and/or mechanical tuning(FMU).

its an old concept. time for something new to take the reigns. - Z yaaaa
Tinkles, you are saying the 3.1 with the stock flash with no added fuel? i have never heard that, but its good news for me. is that what you are on>
Yes. There are a few running it(including myself). A few people have noticed their cars leaning out in the higher RPMs with a 3.0" pulley. Personally i dont have any wideband readings to back it up, but the car has been fine on that set-up for ~2 years.

GREAT then i am going to run mine like that. I have the heat echanger and all that too, with meth im sure that will help!!! AWESOME. thanks Tinkles!
To take advantage of meth you need to custom tune for it.

i also have a water to air intercooler and a extra 3.1 pully that would work with the gm reflash
and also what belt would i need
sorry i have a stock cobalt ss pully and stage 2 pully
from what i have heard, a stock cobalt belt will work all the way down to 2.9.
I purchased my gm kit with a 3.0 installed and had no issues the year I drove/beat the living hell out of the car. Then I got it tuned via hpt on a fake two bar from Cavattack and couldn't be happier.
stock belt, but I'm also using an lsj phenolic intake manifold spacer and an O.E.M. blower to manifold phenolic spacer as well and it is a tight fit.
