Im looking at hooking up a factory ss boost gauge in my sunfire. It appears that there are 4 wires on the back of it im guessing a (+) , (-) , and 2 that go to the sensor signals?. now, i have the tmap from the gmpp kit with one wire for + one for - one for IAT signal and one for MAP signal. JUst wondering if i could make this work. if anyone knows thanks in advance!

It uses digital serial data from the CAN bus. Not analog. Without the Cobalt PCM, it's useless.

Right you are, ecotecpower

As per our friends at Wikipedia:

Controller–area network (CAN or CAN-bus) is a vehicle bus standard designed to allow microcontrollers and devices to communicate with each other within a vehicle without a host computer.

CAN is a message based protocol, designed specifically for automotive applications but now also used in other areas such as industrial automation and medical equipment.
