i installed my turbo and manifold and now my wastegate hit the exhaust cam tower is it a bad idea to move the wastegate oyt further from the manifold with a 90 degree elbow? here are some pics also what vacuum port on the wastegate to i hook up to the compresser housing

if its hitting then you have no choice.

Moving it slightly further away won't have a very noticable effect on wastegate operation. A rule of thumb though, the less distance and the fewer angles between the manifold and wastegate, the better. And you hook up your boost reference line to the bottom port on the wastegate.
