Is it ok for me to have the o2 sensor before the turbocharger? Or does it always has to be after the turbo?
Your primary 02 sensor should be 18 inches from exhaust port which would be in your downpipe, the secondary should be right after the cat

do you mean on a turbo application or could be the N/A application too?
It supposed to go after the turbo in the exhaust pipe. Where ever you can find a spot convient for you is up to where you position it on the pipe but dont go too far close to the cat. Mine is about 2 inches after the turbo sticking upward in the engine compartment almost exactly like the Haas kit.
