CNFX and maybe Exploited are the only ones I know of that sell manifolds with the flange you need. As far as other stuff:
BOV flange---> I found aluminum and mild steel on ebay or DSM websites for me(1g dsm bov). This will depend on which blow off valve you bought
AFPR---> Accel #74566 if I remember correctly for the Ecotec.....order through summit or most parts stores. Someone PLEASE correct that number if its wrong.
FMIC---> johnny racecar.com is your happy place
FMU's (BEGI/Cartech) are tough to come by on ebay for a decent price. They are usually snapped up pretty quickly, but they can be had.
Injectors ----> Ford redtops (30lb) or green (42lb) have been put in Eco's that I know off.
Injector controller??-----> do you mean like Emanage or SAFC2 or extra injector controller? If you want it, ebay is the spot for a SAFC2.....I landed mine brand new for $220 shipped.
Oil kit----> I just ordered this along with quite a few other items from BlaastPerformance.com. I don't know how complete it is yet, due to not having it in my hands but I can let you know if you want. List price $100, I got it for $90. Very good customer service.
T3 flange(manifold to turbo) ---$6 from Blaast performance
Exhaust manifold gasket----->I'm pretty sure that Cavalier Connection sells these for $70-80 but I might be wrong. Their people seem very eager to help also, so check out their website.
you definitely won't get an Exploited manifold. i've seen eco manifolds on ebay a lot. good product, good seller.
I was a retard, and now I'm permanently banned.
any t3/t4 off ebay new is bs. they are @!#$ty and won't last you long at all. don't cheap out, it will break and you will regret it. a nice used t3/t4 is like ~350.
^^^Unfortunately that is probably true. Hopefully your turbo has nothing to do with SSAutoChrome or any of their subsidaries. The Ecotec manifolds on ebay are made for internally w/g setups.
As far as pipe, you will need a little bit for the filter going to the turbo but other than that, unless I have really missed something, should be all the pipe you need. Good luck!
what are some good internally w/g setups, and how much they run/where. also are they adjustable?
I have not actually purchased anything yet, just trying to get my ducks in a row, cause all in all I feel like to run my nitrous setup, it would cost just a little more for a turbo if i pieced it together, and that would even be intercooled. Just wanted to figure out a few things before i start, and order my exhaust/header, cause all in all I think I can do a full turbo/exhaust setup for just over what i was plannin on spending for my nitrous/exhaust, well a considerable amoutn more, but all things considered, i think i would rather have turbo.
How much tuning is needed, and can i get by running some software such as the ProScan or digimoto and having an safc?
I dont think there is anywhere around here that does tuning for turbos
