please just do a search and you will find out more then enough info.

The real question is how much you willing to spend?

Because that will reflect how much boost you can run

who has those pistons with 8.0:1 ratio? you will want to change the rods too of course. the rod will go before the piston usually. as far as how much boost, if you have forged rods and im sure the pistons will be forged or something, you can take it in the high teens easily with supporting fuel and ignition mods. dont forget a good head gasket and better head studs.

hey, JustinsEcotec, can you post pics of your intercooler piping, im not sure how to get the pipes from the front of the radiator to the engine bay, from what i can see it looks like the pipes would be to close to the ground.

I guess anyone with a sunfire turbo'ed can help me out in this!

Thanks guys

^^ E-mail me for some pictures/ advice. Im just about done installing on my sunfire, and mine is auto like yours.

For the original question... You really cant pick a psi number beacause of the turbo differenes. With rods and pistons and a good tune the eco should be good for over 300hp. But even with rods and pistons if you run lean youll blow something.
