I would say go for it. I could only see it helping. Its the same advantage as having a ceramic-coated header. It should help keep the heat inside the turbo, keeping the exhaust velocity high. Plus it'll keep your engine bay cooler too. I would also suggest getting the turbo downpipe coated. Its all preference though

Oh, he's talking about a spray-on ceramic coating. I don't know of any. I would suggest getting them coated by Jet-Hot. It shouldn't be too expensive to do so.
autozone has it for headers. i saw it in there one day so i asked about coating it. but it says ceramic coating for headers

Ceramic coating does not come in spray cans. Real ceramic coating is good, the spray paint carp from the Auto Zone will just burn off.
