2.) Performance flywheel
3.) Performance Flex Plate
And whatever else that out there!!
1. bm shiftplus or autotrans interceptor
2. rk sport or fidenza

I know that they have polyurethane mounts for the 5sd but i dont think they have them for the auto yet.
An auto does not have a flywheel, only a flexplate. No flexplates but stock are available.

the shift plus alone makes a huge diff.

i don't know if it exist but i would try to find a beef up input shaft. If you can't find a HD one I would at least replace the oringal with new one. They commonly break.
