howdy, I was wonder ing which is better the shiftplus or the auto trans? I kinda know what im doing in terms of mechanical stuff but wanted to know which is easier to install? I'd rather not have to splice, run wire etc. I don't know much about transmission things so any help would be great.

shiftplus, if you know how to splice wires, you are good, and save a good chunk, and can control it inside the car, personally i like it better

Shift-plus here, like it, but have to splice into trans wires.
Autotrans, plug and play.
Both get the job done.

Does either help when you are in drive? I don't ever shift gears like 1 to 2 or 2 to 3. I don't race so is this a waste of money and time?

Yes both help you car accelerate better. Both products increase line pressure & torque converter engagement. Also they are suppose to help with the clutch packs/bands life expectancy.
