I think Spec is the number one most common clutch upgrade in the cavalier/sunfires. There are many others though (unorthodox, clutch masters, ect).
Common Flywheels are Fidanza and spec. Fidanza use to make spec flywheels for the longest time. They are still to date the same flywheel the fidanza is just 50-74 dollars cheaper.

Unless someone else had made one. As far as i know SPEC is the only one that has made clutches for the getrag tranny. SPEC is good. i have a 99 with spec over 2 years not problems running like a champ on a stage III
