I bought a 97 z24 with a blown tranny. I am planning on replacing it, but it is difficult to find that tranny around where I live. Can someone help me out with what other cars have the same tranny? I think I heard the sunfire Gt's do, but what other vehicles do? grand am? alero? years? Thanks

Don't Aleros have the same tranny too? I know they have the same motor
i dont think aleros come in a 5 speed
cavalier 2.4 litres, sunfire 2.4 litres, grand am 2.4 litres but only made them standard in a couple of years, oldsmobile achieva 2.4 litres, all of these cars have the transmission you are looking for. If you cant find one I have about 5 ready to ship out for a decent price so email me if interested.
