I have a 97' 2.4 5-speed

I rebuilt my tranny using 2.2 internals and the 2.4 bellhousing and now my cruise control dosn't work. Im not really sure which sensors are used in the cruise control system. should my 2.4 cruise control module be working, or do i need a 2.2 one. do i need to swap one of my 2.4 transmission sensors to a 2.2 sensor.

or is my cruise control problem completly unrelated to the trans swap.
