Alright, here's my situation. My Isuzu tranny went out a few years back. I swapped in the older NVG T-550 tranny. It has worked fine until now. My second gear sycro seemed to have gone out. I can't shift into second without it grinding terrible. I would just put another NVG trans in, but I hate how notchy the shifting is. Also, I have a '01 Getrag F23 trans in my garage thats just sitting there with only 14K on it. Now, I need some info.
I know I am going to need a bunch of parts:
Getrag clutch and flywheel
'00+ Shifter box and shifter
'00+ Shift cables
'00+ Clutch master cylinder
Are there any other parts I am missing and/or forgetting? And will the '00+ shifter box fit in my current '99 center console?
Also, which mounts need to be modified, and what exactly needs to be done? I read a bunch of other posts, but no one seems to be clear on measurements or what exactly needs to be done.
Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Any idea about what needs to be done with the front mount? I know TTR makes a weld-in design, but if I can make use of the one there, I would like to do that.

ya im pretty sure its the back mout is the one thats different, and the front one is the same, i think u can use the one thats welded u just need the getrag mounts that are from the tranny to the frame
From what i have read you can take and measure up the rear mount and weld it in and then just measure up the front mount on the old isuzu one and drill a new hole..to me is a bit hokey to save 50 bucks but whatever.
