Does the transmission f23 my z24 2001 is the same as the ecotec 2003 (patern bolts, etc ...)

No. Bellhousing are different.

Nope, each 3rd Gen J-body engine has its own pattern (2.2/2200 OHV, 2.3/2.4 Quad/Twin Cam, 2.2 EcoTec)

BUT the transmissions themselves are the same, so as John pointed out, you can swap the bell-housings over.

Is the 03 tranny is better than the 2001... i want to change my fork end to bronze ( oem are in teflon )... it is a good idea... because i lost always my second gear because the fork end teflon melt... anyone are a solution... im msorry if my english is not very good...

^ No, they are exactly the same internals from 00 to 05, the only thing different between the two is the bellhouing.

Replace it. We have not found any bronze fork tips. I had the same problem. I truly feel the problem happens from either improper shifting, or the start of a bad clutch system, and then being forced into gear.
