Go with spec, that will give you practice pulling out your tranny for when you gotta do it again in less than a year.
spec SUCKS. there are several people on here that have not had good luck with any product of spec.
i LOVED my centerforce dual friction, clamped very well. they seem to take a lil while longer to break in then other clutches though...after about 1000 stop and go driving miles you should be good to go.
