hey the hose from my clutch resevoir to the transmission had a hole in it so i replaced the hose bled the line and my clutch still sticks to the floor. can someone please help me, i gotta be at my first day of work in 3 hours :/
oh and its an 04 cavalier
Try the bleed procedure with an assistant. It takes quite a few time to fully bleed.
Fill reservoir
Pump pedal a few times
Pedal to the floor and HOLD with block or assistant.
crack the bleed valve - using a hose on the bleed valve partially submerged in fluid to keep air from re-entering the slave cylinder
close bleed valve
slowly raise pedal or pull it to the top to draw fluid in to the master.
Repeat, Repeat, Repeat until you get pedal feel.
