i got a new shift knob and the reverse lock wouldn't work with it, plus i didn't like it. so i had to take it off. my shift boot is also broken because the plastic piece that held it on snapped. so does anyone know where i can get a new boot that would look good with out that reverse lock.
You could always get one made up at an upholstery shop...that way you get what you want, in the color you want, don't know prices but it's worth checking into

would it look good with it just basically flat but flexible enough to shift? since i just got a bare metal shifter
Hmmm...might look ok...Try it..if you don't like t then you could always do it again..not too expensive to do, i imagine..
