Greeting, ladies and gentlemen. My venerable '94 Sunbird (2.0L, 5-speed manual trans.) is in dire need of cable shifter bushings, particularly at the transmission end. It seems they have disintegrated completely (the car has well over 230,000 miles on it) and thus I cannot replicate them using the old ones. I'd rather not buy new cables if I do not have to. Any ideas? I thank all those who respond in advance.
