Can anyone tell me the differences and/or Pros to Cons?

well ideally you'd want to tune the ECM to be perfect HOWEVER... IMO i believe its best as far as line pressure and the tune goes to leave it alone then use the shift plus for pressure changes because it can be turned completely off for normal driving.
the interceptor is nice because you can fine tune the pressures as well as the torque converter lock up but you cant turn it off.
i always wanted to combine the ATI and B&M together to create a fully adjustable unit you could turn off but it simply cannot be done.
but honestly, the B&M is probably the better unit between the two as its almost always cheaper and readily available. the ATI is a part you'd have to locate that someone has bought and is willing to sell. most still want a lot for them, though.

well i have the Interceptor lol thats why i was asking. is it possible mod it out an make a bypass switch to turn it on/off from the dash?

again, john... not everyone wants their car to go into gear like dropping a bomb for normal driving.
and sure.. OVERALL hpt is better for basically everything else but for line pressure it'd be ideal to leave at stock settings then use either of these unit's to add it in later or simply switch it off if you dont want it.
as for making a switch to turn the ATI, off.. honestly i have no idea. i sent my ATI and B&M to brian whalen (whalesac on here) to try and combind the two so i COULD shut the ATI using it but he asertained it was not an option.
as for a switch, however... id ask him. he can be found in this thread

my biggest concern(s) is messing up the tranny, and not being able to NOT spin tires from a red light is i didnt want too lol

Yeah, everything can be tuned in normal and performance. Which is pretty much any time you go Wide Open Throttle.

I've been running the Shiftplus for a few years now. Actually turned it off today and the longer shifts didn't even bother me, I wouldn't even mess with either one but that's just me.
