Is it possible to change the 3SP auto transmission in my 89 Sunbird to a more modern 5SP?
What newer transmission do you want to use? There are a few that will bolt to the engine but will require some custom work. Nothing is direct bolt in, and if you want a computer controlled trans, you'll have to come up with some way to run it.
