Wheel and tire package deals?

Where's a good place that has wheel and tire package deals with decent prices? I'm riding on the 15 inchers that my 03 Sunfire came with and the tires are starting to crack. I'm going to replace all of them with 16 or 17in wheels so I was wondering what place had the best deals?

discount tire direct has a sweeet set of m&b motoring revs for bout 600$
and they look sick on cavys that wat i have on my cavy and they handle the power i throw at em and look @!#$in awesome
