I have an oppertunity to buy some amazing brand new wheels that a riend is hooking me up with. he bought the wheels and tires and decided against them and have never been used. SO will a 18x8.5 with a 45mm offfset fit on my car without like rubbing very much or having any other unwanted issues?
yeah i know it might even be 9 i will ahve the check again.
they were supposed to go on a wrx, so that might be why they are a little bit wider, i should know here pretty soon what the width is.
if their 8 i would say yes but im not sure on 8.5. i know the 9 wont fit
why would the 9 not fit because it would rub?
I have 7.5 wide on mine its pushing it as it is. They dont rub but come pretty close, and they were for a WRX also. I am not 100% about 8s, but i am sure 8.5s or 9s will rub. Also depends on the profile of the tire (25,30, 35 etc..) What size tire do you plan on running on it?
