I just got two of them today just waiting to put them on will let you know how they turn out. They appear to be the newest tires from Kumho.

Here is link to them if you are interested. They just came out this spring. Suppose to be an all season unlike the 712, plus it was cheap as well.

those look nice. i have a set of the 712s and they suck in anything but dry weather. i might be looking at those as a replacement as soon as my 712s are dead
Plus those were cheaper than the 712 may because they are new then the price will go up.

so far they are doing real well i want to say just as good or better than my 712's they are an all season performance tire. i wonder if the prices will go up seeing they are brand new so no reviews but i like them so far. The ride well on 225/40/18. Keep you updated.

You should have checked the review people put up all saying the same thing about them wearing out really quick. I wouldn't be trusting a tire thats 62 bucks to last long...
Ouch! thats not a very long life span at all. I'm sorry to jack the thread a little but what does everyone think about the Kumho 711's? I've found a guy that's overstocked in them and trying to get rid of some. Thanks.
when I got it there were no reviews. man they suck. I am back with the 712's. I was tightg forf money that is why I got it.
711 are suppose to be good but 712 is a better choice right now $88 for 225/40/18

How many miles did you go on the ASX's? My friend wants to buy some and I'm trying to get him to get something else.
I went about 20k miles on my old 712's 245/45ZR17 on my Lumina and they still had 4/32nds when I sold the wheels.
ive got 711's on my 97 , been on there atleast 25,000 miles , still look brand new and that is with alot of drag racing
i just got 711's put on my 00 , no complaints yet
other than they dont handle liek the tires i took off the 00 , but then not much else handles like the falken azenis sports
i like the tread better on the 711's over the 712's
lasted about 1000 approx.
712's i have on the back look almost new and have over 12K on them

I have never had a problem with 711's
I had 711's on the Cavy and beat the crap out of them burning out, track use and over all spirited driving. Still have good tread after 25k.....
I have ASX's on the STi and they do a great job in both wet and dry with frequent spirited driving and very much considering those to the replace the 711's on the Cavy when it comes time. Have 10k on them and not much wear at all......
I got a set of these Kumho's on my z24, and I really like them so far. They ride pretty smooth and they got pretty good grip also. But I'm pretty much running stock right now. Mine are 215/45/R17 XL.

Not anymore.... I just got a set of these AST's yesterday. I am gonna hope they hold up like the 711's did.
