Everybody is going to tell you to go gunmetal/black/bronze with a polished lip. Thats the current fashion trend on the JBO.
Some of us dont care what the current trend is or what a majority of JBO thinks. Some of us are actually building our cars for ourselves.

ha, man, i used to have some 17" motegi mr7s on my cav, and i got 19" excel dl46... yes, gunmetal with polished lip, but it was only $400 for all 4, so it was a good deal, but here you go man....
i actually still have them, i still think about puttin them on for a cruise for old times sake sometimes, haha
thier such a pain to keep clean!

A more accurate observation has never been typed. These should be the starting points before any serious performance modification. What's the point of making a serious performer if you can't control it's power?
I love white rims, but i am now going with a black/carbon theme and i now want black rims with a polished lip; but the white rims are still hot as ever.

Man all I know is if I had a white car. White wheels would have to be on it. Something about a white car with white wheels just looks great to me.
