We just had our first slushy gross snowfall and I was going to put my winters on. I thought I remembered that they were directional, but I can't seem to find any arrow indicator. Anyone else that has these, or has saw them know where this "arrow" is on the sidewall?
Going back to look again.
Yeah, see that's what I thought I was looking for... can't find a damn thing regarding any sort of arrow. It's got me scratching my head.
most times, the V in the tread will be with the point in rolling forwards, so the point will hit the ground first, then the outside edges, helps with hydroplaning
kinda like this

not this front of the car this way

if my crappy picture makes sence
Definitely makes sense, I'm starting to think they may not be directional, though I was fairly certain they were.
Doesn't look like it though anymore though after comparing mine to that picture that was linked.
did you even look at the pic that was posted? it shows the direction on the sidewall. if you cant find it on yours, look at the pic and that should tell you which way to put them on.
Yep, looked at the picture, saw the arrow and the word Rotation. But they're not on mine anywhere that I can see. Also if you looked at the picture you'd notice the tread is slightly different than on mine which is what has me thinking maybe they switched them to rotational after I got mine. In the linked picture there is definitely a noticable V to the tread, but mine point everywhere.
ya, either it is not the exact tire, or they could have updated the tire and made it directional, but I don't think yours are.
yours are not..some of the blizzaks are but those ones are not directional.
