Hi, does anyone know if American Racing or any other company makes a wheel like the Torque Thrust for our Cavaliers?
I have an 04 2dr, blue. Im looking for black TT 2's but even AR's site doesnt list them.
These would look bad ass, and no where near the 'ricey' look...a small car looks amazing with these kinds of wheels (like the shelby cobras..).
any pics or help would be appreciated, as Ive searched google and some forums, without much luck

just buy set with a high offset. then get 1" 5x114 to 5x100 adapters.
hmm sounds promising...plus ive never seen a cav with tt's, i think it would be very unique and look sick.
what would be an example of a set with high offset?
These in 18's would basically be what I want (infact that is an 18").

Would 225's fit on these without being to narrow? Your pic of the tucked wheels with 235's is awesome, but i dont wanna be that low or tucked 'quite' that much.

18x8 or 17x8 what ever floats your boat. i would get them in a 54-57mm offset. 1" wheel adapter come out to be 25-26mm i believe. in the end you will have a wheel with a 30 or so offset with the adapters. 225s will be fine as long as you dont go as low as me lol. sportlines should be more then perfect for your needs i sat
i figured youd be pretty acknowledgable with wheels, you only have like 5 sets! lol
thanks for the info, now i gotta try to find the wheels at a good deal!
whats the best place to find the adapters? are they all the same quality?

that i havent gone into just yet lol.. im looking for 1" spacers for my rear for spring. i just did about 10mm in front this weekend. up from 4mm
so with an adapter and a 54mm offset, what kinda fitment am i looking at on my car? i like the look where the rear tires stick out barely, basically filling the wheel well space

your rear tires will look similar to my rear with my trafficstars.. and your front will look like how mine look right now., i still need to get pics of that though .
17" torque thrust's? Thats just blasphemy. They shouldnt be allowed to make those rims in any size larger than 15".

they're a lot better looking than most wheels out there... i just wanted something unique and i think once on, they'd look pretty sexy

is there an adaptor for 5x120.7? cause the ones ive seen are 5x120 (and thats what my old camaro sizes were)... or would the same adaptor work somehow?
basically IF they work, its just a matter of me finding the right prices (and im patient), and then i can get tires locally

^ those arent bad..but def not as appealing as the ones Im looking for, but those arent bad.
Ones Im looking for are either these Foose style ones, or the American Rancing TT's.
Foose
Summit Racing Legend 5's
only problem is, these are not 5x100, so I need to see if I can locate a 5x120 to 5x100 adapter
