ok im in the process of fiberglassing my entire interior im almost don with it but looking at the car i relized i dont want to put the backseat back into the car. any ideas how i can make a wall were the top part of the seat was and a floor were the bottom was then after that its all done im gonna fiberglass over it i just need help figuring out how to build that im thinking like a thin wood but i dunno what kinda wood would be best and i want it strong enough that i can mount my air tanks and nitrous tanks all on the floor of this thing. any ideas would help alot..
i would say 3/4" MDF... then at least you can sit on there if need be... (not necesarily to actually sit, but i'm just using that as a reference for weight suport)

ya, or use some 3/4 plywood, build some braces (cut to fit the form of the floor of the seat area) and end it where the footwell starts. its been done by lots of ppl, should be a pretty easy project.
RK Sport rear seat delete speaker box. your back seat is gone and theres no way you'll mess it up
people really should search around this is like the 50th post on the same topic go out to your car and think about it if you cant think of a way how to do it you shouldnt be fiberglassing I had my rear seat out and hated it sold this box for 250 cdn black with red metal flake full fiberglass
this is the 2nd post i've seen your sub encloser... QUIT RUBBING IT IN! lol. j/k.
...
side note........ if youre already using fibergalss........ mold the bootom part of where the seat sits, and build it up.....
For a second there i thought this was the same post as the other one because of the sub enclosure.......
