I searched for this so dont flame me but I was wondering how you get the piece around the passanger side air vent off? There is the vent then like this piece of molding or something around it and I would like to paint it but I dont know how to get it off. I have a 2001 cavalier.

ya the top piece is the dash pad u want 2 paint is piece right!!
the vent just pulls out and the other piece around it comes out it u push it out if you remove the dash like this
