fiberglased, visors/headliner?
Tuesday, November 08, 2005 2:37 PM
Im sure this has been brought up before, i searched and found a few posts but no pics. so does anyone have pics of fiberglassed sunvisors? i think they'd look pretty cool and dont look like its a hell lot of work. what about the headliner? i figure its kinda impossible since u have to fold it to get it in, but has anyone ever tried cutting it in half? and putting it in as 2 pieces? probably using double sided tape or something to hold it. any input is appreciated, thanks

u dont have to fold the headliner at all. mines fiberglassed but i ended up just covering it in vinyl because i didnt have time to finish it before the show season.

if you just recline your seats back and turn the headliner 90 degress its comes right out.

^^^fully agreed

its best to apply the resin the car cause then you have a lesser chance of the headliner loosing its shape.
