Dash questions regarding model years

Nope, nothing to do with removal.

My main dash piece on my 00 cavalier is just not structually intact anymore, and it has to get replaced. So my question is.....on the cavaliers and sunfires, is the main dash piece that attaches to the firewall any different between years? I want to get one, but don't want to end up having to put my radio below the HVAC controls like the 95-99's Is there anything I should look out for when putting the new one in, besides over tightening the bolts?

...And the reason I was asking about the fires, is in case I swap the dash to a fire interior.

Convert 00+ headlights to 95-99

The trim piece on the Sunfires at the base of the windshield is separate from the dash structure, on the Cavs it is not. Thats all I know.

if you want to keep your 00-05 bezel, im pretty sure u need a 00-05 lower dash....i think the mounting points for the bezel are different between years
