not to come down hard on you or anything ... this would only work on a 19.5" X 19.5" space! they give you erally small sheets of it. It might work but again only small spaces.

i would guess that it works, but being a film it probably scratches off very easily...theres no way past a lot of sanding and several coats of paint

hmm i might try it out. its $16 a sheet and comes in a really nice "racing blue"
id think that after you heat it up it will stick really well. i used some of that C/F to cover the gold bow tie on my 05 cav, and its been there for almost a year and still looks great.

i had a vinyl dash kit before, now my dash is painted, but anyway, it didnt scratch at all and it did stick really well, but it looked dumb as hell, and really tacky, if you want your interior re-colored take the time to paint it, it looks sooo much better

alot of mine is painted, i was thinking of trying it some little peices and see how it looks. but im pretty sure it would look tacky with the paint, it would really stand out.

That stuff looks like it'd be good in a car like my '04 Accord, if I ever wanted to go from the "wood trim" to a solid color.

But in a J, you have "cushy" surfaces on the door panels especially--you'd probably need something hard underneath it for starters.
