Aight, I want to buy a shift boot for my car, but I don't know if it'll fit
I got a 97 Cavy (Automatic)
Can anyone tell me how to make one, or where to purchase one, a black or red one?
Here is an old pic. ( that knob was one of my first knobs, I'm in the process of buying a new one) Don't really know how the boot can go over, and If I got to take that small piece under the shifter that says PRND12 or not

Ok, ok....Another question
I got one like the picture above...That is what mine looks like, minus the knob cuz I took it off
Now,
Is there any way to make it look like this one on bottom?
look around in like a junkyard, or maybe even a parts store, for a manual tranny center console cover... what i mean is, that whole cover, from the cup holder back to the glove box, will come off and i would think it could be replaced by a cover out of a cavalier with manual... but u lose the PRND21plate and lit back... dunno if you want to keep that or not, but yea. or if u still wanted that stuff i would say just cut the leather, or whatever it is, down to size, take out the plastic piece under the console cover (dunno what to call it), and then replace that with the cut to size material.
im not too sure if that made a whole boatload of sense, but i tried man,lol... best of luck to you... i think itd look pretty cool if you could get, honestly, either one of those workin.
o, and if youre trying to change out the cover, try and find one from the same year or one that at least looks close, because as you can see in the two different pics, they do change over the years.(not sure if you wouldve known that, had to make sure.
