The ones on the B pillar? Those aren't nuts, they are screws, or are you talking about the ones on your rear dash?

Yeah, which seat belts though? The ones in the B-Pillar for the front passengers, or the ones on the back dash for the rear passengers?

Its a Torx T55 or T50 and its probably held in with some type of threadlock. Get an impact type bit (make damn sure it fits tight otherwise you'll round it out), a long socket (preferrably 1/2"), and a breaker bar. Apply steady pressure to it, it should come out. If that doesn't help, spray some PB Blaster on it and let it soak for 5-10 minutes and try again.

Hmm, when i took my pass seat belt off at the bottom to remove that panel, it wasnt hard to remove that bolt at all, just used the right torx bit with a 3/8 ratchet.
