Hello Everyone!
Quick Easy Question... 1998 cavalier Z24 2.4
I replaced my factory shifter knob with a red led lighted one, which is not working properly so i am looking to get a new one. I am having problems due to the fact that it is not a screw in shifter knob most places only have screw in shifter knobs. So where can i get a shifter knob that does not screw in??? I do not want to take the chance on buying one and it not be the correct one. Please help. Thanks

the majority of the ones ive seen slip over and they have 3 little allen key screws that screw in the side to hold the knob in place
Aoutozone, pep boys, advance, ebay, just look for the ones that say universal application.

go to google, type in shift knob hit enter ... lots of them. sorry to be a dick but you can get them jsut about any were. i just bought one from autozone for 10.03 today. not much ... cheaper then anywere else.
Well i have been having some problems due to the fact that my shifter knob does not screw in... i have to get a universal one thats all. Thats why i asked... plus i figured if someone knew of a good website that would help me out too.

forget the knob...save up some cash and go for the B&M short throw
its worth it...and the knob screws on =P
