So I just bought this:

It's on it's way should be shipped here today. I know how tio get the door panel off, although i 've never actually had it off.
What am I going to have to do? Is there anything specific I should know aobut doing this to this model of car?
Also, how am I going to wire this bad boy, keep in mind i'm not the greatest person at wiring. I can wire my amps up fine, but I have no clue on how I"m going to do this
that looks very similar to the SPAL kits... u should run a constant wire like 10awg to a relay and have it on either accesory or ignition.. theres a tool to cut the whole in the door pannel bigger to fit those caps on or u can just use a dremel to make the hole bigger.. to the switches there should be a illumination, power, ground, and the two wires from the motor on each switch. im pretty sure its a #8 plastic peace that has to go onto where the crank was.. make sure u put on the c clip and tiny skrew so that those 2 plastic peace on the crank dont come loose.. um it really isnt too bad.. for someone whos doing it for the first time be prepared to spend liek 3 hours or so. not sure if this is what ur asking? if not let me know
