I"ve had good luck with Meguiar's Natural Shine Vinyl and Rubber Protectorant.. It comes in a 16 oz. spray bottle.
As the name suggests, it does not produce a glossy shine that requires additional maintenance but does highlight colors.

Do they make it in a wipe? And does it collect does plus how long does it last?
