would i be running into trouble trying to install these in a 98 cav? i havent seen the seats yet so im not sure if the belt clip is attached to them or the floor on integras.. if its the floor i cant use them at all, right?

I'm like a calculator.. you can feed me all the bs you want, but I always have the right answer.

Well you could always get a 4 or 5 point harness if the seatbelt attaches to the floor....

It doesn't matter. The factory seatbelts in a Cavalier are mounted to the floor and B-pillar. Just keep your stock seatbelts and you can use whatever seat you want. I'm putting JDM Type R seats in mine and I'm keeping the factory seatbelts. You WILL need sliders, though. Just a heads up.

No problem. But do me a favor.

If you DO decide use harnesses as was suggested, please, for the love of sanity, don't bolt the shoulder harnesses to the floor. That, my friend is a spine compression and back surgery waiting to happen.

Well, I went with the integra seats after all. The brackets on the sliders are totally different in length, width, and angle. Any suggestions?

Old seat

New seat

Side-by-side

Better idea of the angle
