chris
Yeah they should have a pull in the trunk, it's retared I know but that were it is. also wrong forum (you need interior)
what will this look like? i looked in the trunk and didnt see anything that would remotely look like a pull/cord/strap... i am second ownder, hope that lame O before didnt brake it.
they are next to the speaker
kinda off to 1 side of the trunk
Don't just pull on them, you have to push the seat forward while doing so. Pain in the freakn' ass. Especially when you've got a heavy amp mounted to the back of the seat.
Among the winners, there is no room for the weak
I'm glad mine pull forward with a little cloth tab coming out of the FRONT of my seat. 00-02 ftw! :x

To the original poster:
Buddy, I was just about to ask this, because I have an 04 Cavy Base CP and it's set up like 60/40 rear folding seats, there's even a 60/40 split in the seat, but there sure ain't anything to pull to put the seats down. I'm taking my rear deck apart tomorrow to find out whether or not the the pulls are just missing or if these are straight-bolted to the back deck.
@!#$ pisses me off. I remember thinking to myself "Looks like a duck, sounds like a duck. But apparently its a cat."
Sometimes GM just makes my life fun
wow they sure ghetto-fied the 03+ models

i have an 04 and i have 2 straps in the trunk that you just pull on and the seats come off the lock and then you just pull them down
